The Hospice of Dayton Foundation is the sole supporting foundation of The Hospice of Dayton, Inc. and The Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties. Checks given in support of either program are to be made out to the Hospice of Dayton Foundation.
There are a variety of charitable gift options available. Lead trusts, life income gifts, charitable gift annuities, gifts through your estate and life insurance donation are among the opportunities supporters of The Hospice of Dayton and The Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties have chosen to leave as bequests.
